As little as 1% increase in deep-sleep per year, for people over 60, translates into a 27% decreased risk of dementia.

My husband goes to Day Care one day a week and it is a wonderful break for both us. I do not refer to it as Day Care,as to him it means he is a child and not in control. I refer to it by the location.Protecting his dignity is maybe more important then making sure he has his pills etc. He is and has always been a very proud gentleman.
