Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats old-fashioned
  • 2 cups water or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries washed
  • 1/4 cup walnuts chopped, toasted if desired
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon ground

Method
 

  1. Combine the rolled oats and water in a small pot and bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and have absorbed most of the liquid, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, then stir in the blueberries, walnuts, ground flaxseed (if using), and cinnamon.
  4. Divide the oatmeal between two bowls and serve warm.

Notes

That can overwhelm anyone looking for help. This site filters out, focuses on and offers only the best information. it has helped hundreds of thousands of people since it debuted in 2007.
