Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Spoon half the Greek yogurt into a glass or bowl.
  2. Add half the blueberries, oats, and walnuts.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, blueberries, oats, and walnuts.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon and ground flaxseed, if using.
  5. Serve immediately, or chill for 10 minutes for a thicker texture.
