  • 30 g swiss cheese cut into small cubes
  • 4 leaf lettuce large leaves such as butter or romaine, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1 tbsp parsley finely chopped; fresh
  • 1 tbsp dill finely chopped; fresh
  • 0.5 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tsp olive oil extra virgin

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked ground turkey, Swiss cheese cubes, chopped parsley, chopped dill, lemon juice, black pepper, and olive oil. Mix gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
  2. Lay out the lettuce leaves on a plate. Evenly divide the turkey mixture among the leaves, placing it in the center of each leaf.
  3. Wrap or fold the lettuce leaves around the filling to form wraps. Serve immediately for a fresh, light meal.
