Salt and pepper
to taste
Method
Add lentils, carrot, broth, and cumin to a pot.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for about 20–25 minutes, until lentils are soft.
Stir in spinach and olive oil.
Cook for 2 more minutes.
Serve warm.
