Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water or milk
  • 1/4 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional

Method
 

  1. Add oats and water or milk to a small pot.
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  3. Cook for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in blueberries.
  5. Top with chopped walnuts and honey, if using.
  6. Serve warm.
