Everytime I try to view the post concerning smoking and alcohol effects on alzheimers, it displays the article about skin cancers and dementia. Is a link broken?

Smoking causes various health risks. So it is necessary to avoid smoking. For that you can use any pother alternative like electronic cigarette starter kits.
