Great video and insight into the way that caffeine truly helps the brain. Is it consolidation of memories or is it recall? I'll continue to enjoy my daily cup of coffee!

Caffeine is a natural occurring brain enhancer found in many Nootropic products , that are known to help with better brain functioning. Three cups on a beverage with caffeine can produce many positive neuronal effects>
