Ingredients
  

  • 2 fillets salmon skinless, about 4 oz each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice plus thin slices for garnish
  • to taste salt and pepper optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place salmon fillets on a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle with chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Top each fillet with a thin lemon slice.
  3. Bake in the oven for about 18-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
